新学期が始まりました。
園長になって19回目の春です。
随分、時が経ちました。
たくさんの出会いがあり、色々なことがありました。
初めて園長になった時の不安な気持ちは今もはっきりと覚えています。「本当に私でいいのだろうか」「この私が園長で大丈夫なのか」と葛藤を抱えつつ、それでも私を園長として慕ってくれる子ども、園長として信じて頼ってくれる保護者、園長を信頼しついてきてくれる職員に、情けない姿は見せられないとひたすら走り続けた日々・・・
今となれば懐かし思い出
